Bartlett residents can register to vote at the Main Office located in the Village Hall. In order to vote, you must meet these qualifications: 

  • Be a U.S. citizen
  • Be a resident in your election precinct for at least 30 days prior to Election Day
  • Be 17 years old on or before the date of the Primary Election and turn 18 on or before the date of the General Election
  • NOT be convicted of an offense and be in jail
  • NOT claim the right to vote anywhere else

Where and how to register to vote
You must register at least 28 days prior to an election in order to vote in that election. You can register online, in person or you can download registration forms and register through the mail.

Online
If you have an Illinois driver's license or state ID, you may register online through the Illinois State Board of Elections website. 

In person 
You can register in person at local city, village, or township halls in DuPage County or at the Election Commission office in addition to some local libraries. When registering, be sure to bring two forms of identification with you, one of which must have your current address on it.

By Mail
Download a mail-in voter registration card and/or find extensive voting information, such as key dates, early voting, mail voting, etc. at your county clerk's website:
