Accessible via Metra just 21 miles west of O’Hare, Bartlett, Illinois, is a growing community with a small-town feel.

Brothers Sunny and Perry Patel saw opportunity in their hometown of Bartlett. After opening two More Brewing locations elsewhere, they connected with the Village of Bartlett about building on a vacant lot downtown across from the Metra line, where they eventually opened MORE Brewing, a striking family-friendly brewpub with flavor-packed beer and food—and a gorgeous outdoor space on the second floor.

“We wanted to bring downtown life to the suburbs with our rooftop deck,” says Sunny. “And it’s working. We are gaining momentum.” Next up: menus that change seasonally and live music coming this fall.

Bartlett, Sunny says, is an “awesome community to raise a family. It’s safe, welcoming and down-to-earth.” And now it has a family-friendly brewpub.
