The Ordinances of the Village of Bartlett are designed to protect and promote the public health, safety, morals, comfort, convenience and general welfare of the people. 

The entire Bartlett Municipal Code is available online. Development within the village is guided by the the Zoning Ordinance which is Title 10 of the Bartlett Municipal Code and the Subdivision Ordinance, which is Title 11 of the Bartlett Municipal Code.

A physical copy of the Bartlett Municipal Code is available for inspection at the Main Office in Village Hall and the Bartlett Public Library.
