Foreclosed & Vacant Building Ordinance  
This ordinance was adopted to protect the public health, safety, and welfare and help address the potential challenges from foreclosed properties and vacant buildings in Bartlett.

Enactment of this ordinance:
A. Establishes a program for identification, registration, and regulation of buildings which are or become "vacant" as defined in the ordinance; and
B. Determines the responsibilities of owners and foreclosing mortgagees of vacant buildings
