Arts in Bartlett, the local 501(c)3 nonprofit arts council in downtown Bartlett, will celebrate Small Business Saturday, November 30, with a Holiday Pop Up Shop. The Pop Up will feature vendors offering handmade crafts, art, décor, fashions, accessories and other items that are ideal for the holidays. There will be a children's table with coloring sheets and cookies while parents shop.
