Who can stay afloat the longest? Build your own boat and see if you are the last one floating for a prize. Boats may ONLY be constructed with cardboard, duct tape, liquid nails and wood glue. Boats must be built so participants are visible, with no covers and their entire body must be inside the boat. No limbs can be in the water throughout the duration of the challenge. Paddles can be used. Each team will get admittance into Bartlett Aquatic Center after the race for the remainder of the day. You must register in advance, $20 per boat. The race will begin at 9:30 a.m. sharp. Don’t be late. All boats must be built at home and brought to the race.
