DuPage County Recorder Fred Bucholz hosts a day dedicated to active & veteran military personnel. The Honor Rewards Program is a free reward program which currently provides community discounts at more than 150 participating area businesses. Military personnel & local businesses can subscribe free of charge, enjoy complimentary refreshments and learn about what the program provides. Veterans can bring in their discharge papers (DD-214) to be recorded at no fee.
