Arts in Bartlett presents a new watercolor art exhibit by Kathy Manning titled "Color of Water," at the Bartlett Village Hall 2nd Floor Gallery from January 7 through March 1. Everyone is welcome at the free reception to meet the artist on Tuesday, 1/15 from 6 to 7 pm.
