This year is the bicentennial for the state of Illinois! Celebrate at Bartlett Public Library, at 2 p.m. on Saturday, 9/29, by bringing a piece of nail art home. Made of wood, nails, string and stain, it will add a sense of home and beauty to any room. All supplies provided. Registration opens 9/1 at 9 a.m.
