It’s the first bites that make the lasting impressions at your dinner parties and leave your guests reaching out for more. In this Bartlett Park District class, you will learn to prepare: tomato bruschetta, crab cakes, parmesan crostini, chicken saltimbocca, pear walnut phyllo packages, bacon wrapped scallops, polenta rounds with sun dried tomato mousse. Join chefs Roselo Zepeda and Alan Ickes as they show you how to ‘wow’ your guests with flavorful hors d’oeuvres when attending or hosting a party.

This class will teach you how to prepare an array of new flavors as well as tried and true favorites. So come and have a glass of wine or sparkling grape juice and experience an evening creating delicious bites with Zepeda and Ickes. The fee is $55 per person and all supplies are included. Open to age 16 through adult. Registration only at Villa Olivia, 1401 W. Lake Street.
