This is a great class for moms and daughters to attend together. Instructors from National Karate will teach teen girls & women how to recognize potential dangers and ways to reduce risks. Participants will also learn verbal & physical techniques to make you less vulnerable and escape assault. $15 resident/$20 non resident. Age 15 and older.
