Kick-start your physical health and safety with an aerobic workout while learning martial
arts, practical self-defense, throwing and proper falling. This class is based on the
fundamentals of a variety of martial arts with a focus on Taekwondo. Providing the blended
approach, students are taught traditional martial arts including strikes, kicks, blocks, ground
techniques pressure points and a strong focus of self-defense.
If students choose to continue in the program, practical skills in weapons are also taught and
practiced. Learn from instructors who are certified in Taekwondo, self-defense, and
additional martial arts disciplines.
