Bartlett Public Library welcomes back Glenda Travelstead from Stampin' Up! for another fun evening of card-making. Travelstead has been teaching the art of paper-crafting for more than 15 years and is one of Bartlett’s own. Everything you need to make five fun cards will be supplied.
