This “Tropical Vacation” party and artist reception is the first in a series of “Five Dollar Friday" night events at the Arts in Bartlett Center for the Arts, 215 S. Main Street in Town Center. If you can’t escape to warmer climates this winter, you can experience a mini-vacation to the tropics with food, music, fun and giveaways in honor of the current gallery exhibit’s “tropics” theme. Meet the artists who are currently featured. Hawaiian shirts and other tropical wear are encouraged. A donation of $5 per person, at the door, is suggested.
