It’s the 8th annual Halloween Fun Fest, Saturday, 10/29, all over downtown Bartlett! The events begin at 10 a.m. with a costume parade from Village Hall. Then little ghosts and goblins follow the Fest map to go around to participating businesses for a fun activity and/or treats until 2 p.m.
