Arts in Bartlett presents a new exhibit, “String Art,” by Motika Anand through the end of February, at the Bartlett Village Hall 2nd floor gallery.
String Art also called pin and thread art is a form of decorative art where nails are driven into a wooden board and thread is strung around the nails to form a delicate and interesting pattern.
The new exhibit is free and open to the public during regular village hall hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to noon. Everyone is invited to the free reception to meet Anand on Tuesday, 2/6 at 6:30 p.m.
