Bartlett Park District invites you to burn off your pre-Halloween energy before hitting the streets. Run, skip, hop, walk this fun themed race in costume. Half mile for 3 to 5-year-olds at 10 a.m. and 1 mile for 6 to 8-year-olds at 10:30 a.m. and 9 to 10-year-olds at 11 a.m. Each finisher receives a goodie bag filled with candy, an event medal, and an event shirt—awards given for best male and best female youth costumes in each age division. Costumes are highly encouraged. This fun run is sure to be a howling good time.
Costume Judging: Costume judging will take place onsite next to the registration table. Costume judging will take place from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m. – Please arrive early. You must be a registered participant and complete the race event in your costume to be eligible for prizes. You must have a race number visible to be eligible for the costume contest. Please keep your race bib number on for winner announcements. You must be present at the awards ceremony to win a prize. Registration Deadline is Wednesday, 10/20 with a fee of $20 resident and $25 regular.
