Featured musician on 8/23 is classical acoustic guitarist Tobias James, who has played across the U.S. in recitals and won awards in guitar competitions. He is an avid flamenco guitarist, with a master's in guitar performance. Tobias is a faculty member at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music and also teaches at Arts in Bartlett.
