North Avenue was once the Village of Bartlett's northern border. The avenue is home to Bartlett’s first school and park, oldest house of worship, cemetery and more. Take a walk with Museum Director Pam Rohleder and discover what makes this avenue an important part the community’s history. Each walk is limited to four participants and will last one hour or more depending on questions, etc. It will begin at the Log Cabin in Bartlett Park and end at Bartlett Cemetery.
This tour is offered on several days with two time choices on each day. However as of 8/13, the 8/28 tour has just two participant slots left at 9 a.m. Additional dates may be added in the future.
Facemasks, covering the nose and mouth, must be worn and social distancing maintained throughout the walk.
To register for this free event, email Pam at prohleder@vbartlett.org requesting the date and time you are interested in, your phone number and the number in your group. For high school age and older.
